I help organisations make sense of complex domains and turn them into clearer products, systems, and decisions. My work sits at the intersection of aviation, data, digital infrastructure, and research.
Alongside my role building Europejska Akademia Lotnictwa, I also work independently on consulting projects that involve product thinking, market insight, digital tooling, and industry research.
What I do
Aviation consulting
Research, structuring, and advisory work across aviation training, maintenance, operations, and market development. This includes ecosystem mapping, opportunity discovery, and industry insight gathered through direct participation in aviation events and networks.
Data products
I help shape data products that turn messy operational information into something an organisation can actually use. My background includes data product ownership, business intelligence, measurement frameworks, analytics infrastructure, and data-informed decision systems.
Product building
I support early product definition, MVP shaping, workflow design, and product strategy. This is especially useful when a company has a complex problem, fragmented inputs, and needs a practical product direction rather than a large transformation program.
AI, automation and digital systems
I build AI and agentic tools and workflow automations, and work on digital tooling, research, structured analysis, and decision support for organisations operating in technical or high-trust environments.
